How do you guys take your d-bol? Do you split up the dosages?(if yes, how many times) Do you take it before, during or after your meal?
What works best for you?
If I’m on 40mg d-bol I split it up to 2 dosages…..
1st dosage 20min after breakfast (20mg)
I also workout during the day so my second dosage comes after my workout, about 4 hours after the first one…

i've taken them everyway imaginable and never noticed a difference either way,even though they say it is better to take them throughout the day.i find that if i take them too late i have trouble sleeping.

To keep blood levels stable during the day, i would take it every 3-4 hours. To use myself as an example, I work out at 4pm. I would take 10mg upon waking, 10mg at noon, and 15mg one hour pre workout at 3pm, and 5mg at 6pm.

Ive alway takin 25mg right when I wake up and another 25mg right after my workout, and Ive always seen good results.

lst cycle i did 40mg ed and borke it down tis way
15 mg at wake
10 mg at noon,
and 15 mg pre work out about 45 mins before
i tend to take a larger does at wake to spike natural test levels and them hit a big dosage pre workout for maxiumium pumps

I like 3 times aday,Appears to take longer but results are a little more solid.
If I'm gunna gain 15 pds. on my dbol /winny cycle Why should I add Test.?
Any opinions? I find there may be a little "just alittle more " syndrome planning cycles when it doest effect final gain.But this is just my experience,opinion.
Just like when im eating ,if one steak is good i think ill have 2 more.
