Liver and Kidney supplements

What do you use to help protect your kidneys and liver from juice sides?

Also what do you use when off cycles if anything?

I've not used it,but i heard Liv 52 is good .

Right now I am only taking 400mg of Enan, so I am not taking any liver/kidney protectors. Next cycle, I will be running Test Enan and tren Enan, so I will throw in some ALA, Milk Thistle, Loads of Water, and some cranberry juice.

Live b52 works very well, I don't drink very often but I have noticed since I have been taking live b52 that if I do go out and party I can wake up and feel fine the next day like nothing happend

I take ALA and Tyler's liver detox. Good stuff.
