sustanon and winstrol

i was just wanted to get a couple of peoples oppinions on a sustanon and winstrol stack. i was told that i should stack them together but then someone at the gym told me i should do a cycle of sus then a cycle of winstrol rather then stacking them together. i have already taken a cycle of winstrol and lost about 15-20 lbs. i still have more weight to lose but i have a fare amount of muscle as well.
ANY OPPINIONS?

personally,unless it is your first cycle,i think you should always stack.

first gives us some stat's about yor self age wieght ...what goals you intend to do and what results you are looking for from your next cycle. sust and winstrol can be stacked and avery good together, however as mentioned before you must do post cycle thereapy also.. gives this info and we can help you better

I'm about to run a dbol/sustanon/winstrol stack...
but I am gonna run the winstrol at the end not stacked with the sust......I would recommend using the winstrol at the end to lean up
