Insulin and HGH timing

It comes to my attention that this question is coming up w/ out an answer...

Few hours should be taken between HGH and insulin administration....insulin accelerates GH clearance from the blood and there some other antagonistic properties

Thanks Jyzza,o.k.,i read it,can't say i understand all of it.Now,(in simple terms)if i took slin immediately after my workout,how long would you suggest i wait till i take the hgh shot. This is considering taking hgh 2 times a day(once upon waking and ??) and only want to take slin post workout.Also working out late evening.I know this is a complicated issue,i just want some opinions.

o.k.,say i was using humalog post workout,would the hgh shot be sooner because the humalog is faster acting?

i do 4i.u. of growth 2i.u. in the morning 2 with my post work out meal, not the shake i have postworkout. the slin during bulking i do 10 i.u. immediately after having my postworkout shake which consists of an mrp and a whole banana 30 min after that i do my gh before my meal.
