There is really no need IMO to post up saying your new here anymore. Im not downing the others who did, its all part of a new board. But, now, lets get this baby up and firing. You can include a hey im new here in a thread or post in conjunction with an answer or a question. Sound fair? :)

why not post them in the Anything Goes forum. so people can still say hello and it does not cluter up the anabolic forum.

i took the liberty of moving several "welcome" threads to the anything goes forum.

from now on, post greetings or shouts in there.

Prolangtum,you are so right,we need to have the welcome posts to make the new members feel at home,we want this board to be like a family and very close knit.
