Sten Labs wanted to thank everyone out there for remaining loyal customers. Although we had the problem with the system crash in August, we want to assure you that everything had been taken care of immediately. All orders were immediately corrected and the bank worked with us to correct any issues. We have maintained a solid customer base and we wanted to thank everyone for their understanding and professionalism....
It is very difficult with the amount of business we do for us to be active on the forums, but we strive to make all of our customers satisfied.
